In the first part of the book she discusses the basis of children’s health and how parents can support their children’s wellbeing through providing optimum nutrition, enough sleep, plenty of outdoor play and a healthy, non-toxic home environment. Each chapter contains easy to follow practical advice on how to improve your child’s diet, life-style and environment which you can begin implementing immediately.
The main section of the book, the A to Z of symptoms, covers many common health problems in children and is set out in an easy-to-follow format with information on how to assess the cause and severity of your child’s symptoms, advice on how to treat your child in the most natural, quick and effective way possible, and to know when to take your child to a doctor.

The third part of the book provides plenty of useful and practical information on which foods to eat to get enough vitamins and minerals, how to help children take medicines, prepare for blood tests, allergy testing, relaxation exercises, and more. All this is extensively indexed and cross-referenced so that you can easily navigate through the wealth of information.
