Story of a Life: MONA'S David Walsh

Sydney Writers Festival
SWF Artistic Directo Jemma Birrell, David Walsh, Phillip Adams

On Thursday 13 November we presented the inimitable DAVID WALSH in conversation with ABC Radio National's Phillip Adams to a packed Seymour Centre. We were treated to David's wickedly subversive life story through the witty banter between the two friends.

David Walsh - the creator of MONA the Museum of Old and New Art - is both a giant and an enigma in the Australian art world and hearing him speak about his new memoir A Bone of Fact gave us insight into the inner working of this remarkable man.
This sold-out event had one of the longest book-signing queues we've seen in a while. Thank you to David, Phillip and all of you for making this such a special event. Check out the photos from the night and see if you can spot yourself in the crowd.
For those who missed out, ABC Radio National recorded the talk and you can listen to it in full HERE.

Were you in attendance? Complete this quick survey to let us know what you thought and help us make future events bigger and better.
