Two unputdownable, rollicking good action--packed thrillers

The Bookman read both of these novels over the past few days.
I just couldn't put either of them down and so every spare minute I had was spent buried in them..

First up the latest Jack Reacher title from Lee Child, Personal. This time he is in Paris and London and this time the stakes are higher, because it's personal.
Perhaps the best yet Reacher  novel?

Bantam Press - $37.99.

And then it was on to cop town from another  International best-selling author, this time Karin Slaughter who was in NZ earlier this month. Set in 1970's Atlanta, then one of the most violent cities in America where police killings were regular and random events. A powerful story told through the eyes of two policewomen.

So if you are looking for a holiday read, a plane read or just distraction from your everyday concerns you will not do better than reading these two.

Century - $36.99
