Tuesday Poem, 25 March 2014

Over at the Tuesday Poetry hub this week, you’ll find ‘Tuatara’ by Nola Borrell. This week’s hub editor is Janis Freegard, and she writes:

I chose Nola Borrell's 'Tuatara' for this week's Tuesday poem because it's
one of those poems I wish I'd written and because Nola and I are both
currently in residence at New Pacific Studio in the Wairarapa. The poem
was particularly resonant for me this morning as I watched tuatara eating
live huhu beetles at the Pukaha/ Mt Bruce sanctuary close by.
