James dominates charts

Katie Allen in The Booskller

E L James'
Fifty Shades of Grey has smashed the weekly sales record for a paperback novel, selling over 200,000 copies last week. Publisher Arrow says that the trilogy has been reprinted 16 times in the UK with an additional reprint of almost three million copies just authorised to meet demand. A hardback version of the trilogy is lined up for September. Meanwhile Antony Beevor's The Second World War (W&N) tops the hardback non-fiction chart.
