LONDON FESTIVAL OF ARCHITECTURE
Foldaway Bookshop
22 June - 4 July
10:00 - 17:00

As the digital revolution advances, the LFA2010 RIBA Pop-Up Bookshop will celebrate the art form of the printed publication and create a key destination and sociable hub to welcome visitors to the Festival, a place that embodies the concept of the LFA2010 – ‘the welcoming city’.
Stocked by RIBA Bookshops, it will be a specialist architecture bookshop featuring the latest must-have high quality publications and the most coveted architecture classics, including limited edition books and vintage publications and a selection of fictional titles and DVDs where architecture and the city are pivotal to the plot.

The Pop-Up Bookshop will have a bespoke interior designed by design studio Campaign. Working in collaboration with Nicholas Alexander, Campaign have designed a scheme that will be constructed entirely from cardboard and recycled at the end of the festival.

Book recommendations from some of London's most talented architects, engineers and esteemed architecture critics will be displayed within the book shelves to inform your choices when browsing the shop. The Pop-Up Bookshop will host a series of events including book launches, signings, small discussions and workshops.
