JAMIE OLIVER'S ITALIAN PAN SEARED TUNA

During the past week most of the meals I have cooked have been from Jamie Oliver's latest, MINISTRY OF FOOD. A great book, superbly illustrated with easy-to-follow recipes.
Saturday night at the Bay my sous chef Rob and I cooked this dish on the barbeque as our main course. It was simple to prepare and cook and delivered a wonderful result with guests suggesting it be added to the regular repertoire.
